Care and Custody provides all offender and detainee clothing, bedding, and personal hygiene items and all employee security uniforms and equipment as required by agency policy.

A central business office and multiple warehouse locations provide and coordinate Care and Custody's purchasing, inventory and distribution processes.

Field advisor staff provides technical assistance and monitors compliance with Department policy and standards in the field.
