Juvenile Offender Information
The Georgia Department of Corrections treats juveniles a little bit different than adults. Juveniles are in GDC custody because they were convicted of designated felonies prior to age 17. Juveniles are only allowed to be housed in certain facilities and in some cases they may have programs, opportunities, or services that are available to them that may not be available to others. Review our information on juvenile offenders to learn more.
