Juvenile Facilities

Juvenile offenders aren't allowed to go to any GDC Facility. There are designated GDC Facilities that house juvenile offenders based on gender, offense, and proximity to location. You can expect that your juvenile will be placed in one of the following facilities:

• Lee Arrendale State Prison (LASP) - Houses female juveniles.
• Burruss Correctional Training Center (CTC) - Houses male juveniles.
• Adults and juveniles (classified as juveniles) will not be placed in the same housing unit.
