FORSYTH, Ga. – On Tuesday, June 13, in the Putnam County area, two Correctional Officers were killed and two inmates escaped from custody.

The two inmates are Donnie Russell Rowe, white male 6'1, 181 pounds, GDC ID #1110632, and
 Ricky Dubose, white male 6'1, 140 pounds, GDC ID #1000492869.
