"The Department is honored to recognize Jill for her commitment to providing treatment to the state's population of mental health offenders," said Commissioner Brian Owens. "Her dedication is commendable."
The award was created to honor Cynthia Floyd-Rolle for her exceptional humanitarian acts and personal sacrifice beyond the call of duty. Ms. Floyd-Rolle served as a Probation Officer for more than 15 years, until her tragic death in 2001.
Officer Fisher is receiving this award for her exceptional commitment to the supervision of mental health offenders.
