Operations Center

Oversee GDC’s network of 346 GCIC terminals located at 119 different locations and GCIC operations; disseminates critical information to the executive staff; and support the daily operations and exercises of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a POC to GEMA, GCIC, and other state agencies while providing timely Emergency Management information and Monitoring to senior staff.
  • Disseminate information concerning various incidents to the procedurally identified personnel
  • Receive and process incoming calls from various facilities and personnel regarding emergency or unusual incident
  • Manage a 24-hour GCIC/NCIC Terminal, and fully support all departmental entities including Pardons and Paroles
